In 2010 four commemorative banners were created by the pupils of Crossroads Primary School in Keith and Dyke Primary School with help from local artist Lynne Strachan.  The banners were created to celebrate and commemorate the life and work of Hugh Falconer. The topics of interest for the banners were Botany, Fossils, Medical and India.

The exhibition was funded by The Royal Society as part of their national “Local Heroes” programme in celebration of their 350th anniversary.
